Ecogots, aligned with the objectives of Royal Decree 1055/2022 by 2025

Royal Decree 1055/2022, which regulates packaging and packaging waste in Spain, marked a crucial step in the transition to a more sustainable and responsible model for our planet. With clear objectives for waste reduction, recycling and recovery, this legal framework is designed to reduce the environmental impact of packaging throughout its life cycle.

But this will only be possible if we all take action.

At Ecogots, as a company committed to sustainability, we are committed to reusable packaging as a real alternative to reduce waste generation and move towards a circular economy. By opting for reusable products, we are not only helping to take care of the planet, but we are also supporting compliance with the objectives of the Royal Decree:

• 13% reduction in the weight of packaging waste by 2025 and 15% by 2030.
• Achieve at least 65% recycling by weight of packaging waste by 2025 and 70% by 2030.
• All packaging must be recyclable by 2030 and, as far as possible, reusable.
