Are returns accepted?

We do not accept returns of personalized products.

What is the approximate shipping time?

Between 7 and 10 days is what it will take to have the glasses with you!

If for any reason it is not possible to meet the estimated time, Ecogots will contact the client to define with him the delivery dates that best suit them.

Is there a number of minimum units to place the order?

We have packs of 6 units. For custom orders, the minimum order is 50 units.

Are reusable polypropylene cups considered? Is there any difference between them?

They are not 100% polypropylene, although they do contain a part, to be able to inject them and obtain the glass we currently have. The main difference is this: its composition.

Are your reusable glasses recyclable? What process are they following to be able to call them ecological?

Yes, they can be recycled, in the yellow container. We can call them organic for several reasons: because for their manufacture we do not have to manufacture raw material, and because the only fact of reuse is already more ecological than rejecting.

Can I customize reusable glasses with the logo of my event? What options do I have?

We can customize the glass to 1 color or several. We always recommend as little inks as possible, because it is the most ecological option. Even so, if the client wishes, we also make glasses in more colors. It is a question of asking us for a budget and seeing if it is feasible to make personalization.

Can I return the remaining glasses of the event? Do you perform any recycling process?

We recommend that customers reuse them as much as they can and, if they do not want them, they recycle them in the relevant containers for packaging (yellow). For other recycling alternatives, you can contact us.

Can the reusable glass be customized with color and logo? What options and differences do you offer as a custom glass?

You can choose the color of the glass and the color of the logo. Remember that it is better to use designs with a small amount of ink and if it can be 1 color. The environment will thank us for that.

How do our reusable glasses differ from other market options?

We offer reusable cups that, in addition to being able to be used several times, are made with products that respect the environment, such as rice pellofa.

How do you differ from glass glasses for events and what is the benefit?

Glasses are the most visual in terms of drinks, that is, we always see their content and we are accustomed to seeing what we drink. However, they are less resistant, they can be broken if they fall and someone suffers a damage from it. Therefore, at events, the best are reusable glasses from other more resistant materials, such as our Ecogots. If they fall on the dance floor, they will not break up and no one will be injured.

How long can I reuse the glass?

All the time you want. It is a 100% reusable glass.

How long can I use them?

They have a long durability, therefore, the time limit is set by yours, although we recommend up to 200 uses.

How many days can glasses be used in an event?

They have no limitation of use.

Offer the option of glasses for major events? How many units can I order for my event?

At Ecogots we serve the amount that the customer wants. From 50 units to thousands, this will be marked by the customer. We fully adapt to your needs depending on the magnitude of the event.

What are the components used in the manufacture of the glass to make it reusable?

Rice peel is the heart of our reusable glasses. To support more responsible consumption, we have combined innovation and technology. They are formed by Oryzite ‘ (composed of rice peel), and with less polypropylene.

What does it mean that the glasses are ecological?

Ecogots are environmentally friendly: they contain less polypropylene and we take advantage of raw materials. We do not need to manufacture so many products to have all the raw material we need.

What is the difference with plastic glasses for events?

Our glasses are looking for events with 3rd’s. We focus on reducing waste, with a responsible manufacturing process. reusing the glasses during their useful life. And recycle the surplus cups, to give them a new life.

What is the difference with reusable plastic glasses?

There are many differences. As we have already said, we replace a part of polypropylene with Oryzite . and as we have been explaining, this process itself is already more environmentally friendly. Its Ecodesign is also a distinctive factor.

What is the difference with the rest of the glasses?

The use of raw materials. Undoubtedly, it is better than conventional polypropylene. In addition, we reduce the carbon footprint because, they are KM0 national fabrication and, in addition, we do not need so much energy to manufacture them.

Do you only offer the option of selling or also renting drops for events?

At present, sales predominate, but we also offer the service of renting drops. We have specific references and they have a special design. In this case the customer cannot personalise it to their own taste because otherwise they cannot rent it again.
